Delivery

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 5pm and will be dispatched the same day, if ordered before 2pm.

Christmas Delivery
To have the best chance of orders arriving before Christmas, the last days for ordering are below:

• North Island Urban: last day for ordering is Thursday 19th December
• North Island Rural: last day for ordering is Tuesday 17th December
• South Island Urban: last day for ordering is Thursday 19th December
• South Island Rural: last day for ordering is Tuesday 17th December

If you miss the dates above, there is a chance you will still receive your order before Christmas, as we will be dispatching orders until the 24/12.

Delivery between Christmas and 3/1/25

• Order on 24/12 - 26/12 will be dispatched on Friday 27th December
• Orders from 2pm 27/12, 28/12, 29/12 will be dispatched on 30th December
• Order from 2pm on 31/12 - 1/1 & 2/1 will be dispatched on 3rd January
