Delivery

Orders are processed during business hours, Monday to Friday between 8.30am – 5pm and will be dispatched the same day, if ordered before 2pm.

Christmas Delivery Cut Off
To ensure delivery before Christmas, please use the following dates as guidelines.

Order by Monday 22/12 by 2pm for North Island delivery 
Order by Friday 19/12 by 2pm for South Island delivery

We will continue to dispatch orders until 2pm on Christmas Eve.

Orders received after 2pm on 24/12 will be dispatched 29/12.


Freight Charges

Orders over $65 qualify for free shipping, otherwise a $10 charge applies. Please note that due to courier company surcharges, there is a charge of $20 for delivery to Waiheke Island and Great Barrier Island. To avoid this, consider an Auckland delivery address.

• North Island Urban: 1 – 2 working days
• North Island Rural: 3 – 4 working days
• South Island Urban: 2 working days
• South Island Rural: 3 – 4 working days
