Refund policy
Should you receive your product and it is not what you expected we allow a period of 30 Days from invoiced date of purchase to return your product. To be eligible the product must be unused, undamaged, unmarked, original hang tags attached and in its original packaging/carton. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the product to us.
However, if required, we can organise for
our courier company to pick items up. This freight cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note if your product is faulty, refer to our warranty page and contact us as soon as possible by emailing terry@nzluggage.co.nz. Please include proof of purchase, photos and a description of the issue.
The New Zealand Luggage Co processes all returns within 48 hours from the date we receive the item back. Refunds will be paid back to the original form of payment used for purchase. Please allow 48 hours for processing through Shopify.
