All Tosca suitcases are tested to world-class standards and all products are put through rigorous testing processes.

If your product has developed a fault, please use the following guidelines to ascertain whether you think it should be covered by your warranty. You’ll also find guidance below on how to make a claim.

You must contact the airline or other travel operator directly for damaged caused, on the day of the incident.
